Zulkifli Salleh is a film-maker who creates moving images that tell meaningful stories of life.
His works have received a number of awards and screened in Hollywood, Japan, Houston, Indonesia, Malaysia and various other countries as well.
With a design background and a strong passion in video and photography, he strives to tell his stories in visually appealing camera works and movement tastefully edited to music to unfold the story.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) Degree in Film awarded by Goldsmith College, University of London, Majoring in Documentary Directing and Minoring in Film Producing. He also holds a Diploma with Merit in Moving Images from Temasek Polytechnic. His short film project, “Impian Si Mamat” was awarded the Panasonic Asia Pacific Special Industry Prize for the Most Outstanding High Defination Production. He was also awarded the Media Development Authority Gold Course Award. He was also awarded various other awards for his works such as the Future Leaders Scholarship in 2012 and the Goh Chok Tong Youth Promise Award in 2013. His recent short film, "Anchovies" won the Gold Remi in the Children / Family Category at the Worldfest International Film Festival in Houston, the same festival that discovered Steven Spielberg and George Lucas.
He began his passion in media in 2003 pursuing various design, photography and video projects and registered zero3studio an official business when he was 21 in 2008.
His media experiences includes motion and visual communications for corporations, directing various films and TV programmes, editing a movie "Sinaran" which was screened in Singapore and Malaysia, t-shirt designs, sneaker designs for exhibition by brands like Reebok and Onitsuka Tiger, being a producer in a game development team at GAMBIT; a collaboration between Media Development Authority and Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a lot more creative projects.
He is also a video content contributor for Getty Images which is among the world’s leading creators and distributors of award-winning still imagery, video, music and multimedia products, as well as other forms of premium digital content,
